Comfort Inn Farmington Hills

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect since it was only 5 minutes from the family member that I was visiting.

I was impressed that a full breakfast was available. My only regret was there was no orange juice.

The breakfast had a wide selection. It was clean. Staff present so if I needed anything glad they were there Housekeeping was very friendly, helpful and kept things very tidy

The breakfast was good, good variety; the beds were comfortable; the staff was helpful-initially the TV in the assigned room didn’t work and the phone was missing a cord! I was able to find a housekeeper who came to check out the TV unsuccessfully but a visit to the front desk resulted in a room change without difficulty.

My wife and I like the room and the service from the staff the Hispanic woman at check in and out was very nice and served us with a smile. The African American woman that was in charge of serving breakfast was really nice and directed us to the counter and made the experience very lite and friendly. Even the security personnel was very pleasant and ready to help. We experienced a false fire alarm one evening and the African American man in charge at the desk reassured us that he was checking to see that all was taken care of. When we returned to our room we slept in safety. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant. We will be repeat customers.
