My wife and I like the room and the service from the staff the Hispanic woman at check in and out was very nice and served us with a smile. The African American woman that was in charge of serving breakfast was really nice and directed us to the counter and made the experience very lite and friendly. Even the security personnel was very pleasant and ready to help. We experienced a false fire alarm one evening and the African American man in charge at the desk reassured us that he was checking to see that all was taken care of. When we returned to our room we slept in safety. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant. We will be repeat customers. So-long from David and Coretta Coleman from Texas, until the next trip to visit our children.

Good value for the price. Obviously, this is not a top tier hotel, however; I was presently surprised by how clean the place was (not a single bug!). The staff was always helpful and friendly. We were there for over a month for work and anytime I needed something - all the staff made sure it was available. The exterior to the hotel was a bit rough looking, so I was skeptical walking in but the interior was more than I was hoping for. My biggest fear in a hotel are bugs (of any kind...). I never saw one and trust me, I looked at every inch before I unpacked.

The breakfast was good, good variety; the beds were comfortable; the staff was helpful-initially the TV in the assigned room didn’t work and the phone was missing a cord! I was able to find a housekeeper who came to check out the TV unsuccessfully but a visit to the front desk resulted in a room change without difficulty.

Breakfast looked good. Didn't have a chance to grab anything. Bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact the building was in a set back location away from the road. Good spot away from the highway so it's quieter. Friendly staff. Extremely clean room.
